Adaptive Computing is pleased to announce we have a limited number of speaking slots available for our upcoming user conference, Moab-Con EMEA, June 17, 2011.
Sessions will be between 20-40 minutes in length, depending on the topic to be covered. Topics should be timely and of a technical nature.
Please submit the following for your proposed session by May 6, 2011:
Adaptive Computing has final decision over what abstracts will be accepted--space is limited. In addition, Adaptive Computing reserves the right to have a copy writer edit abstracts for grammar and style consistency. By submitting an abstract, you are giving Adaptive Computing permission to make such changes.
Moab Con, EMEA will be held June 17, 2011 in Hamburg, Germany. Please visit www.adaptivecomputing.com/moabconEMEA for additional conference information.
Topics will be reviewed by a committee selected by Adaptive Computing to assess quality, interest, applicability and acceptability of the proposals. Presenters will be notified by May 9, 2011.
Sessions should describe implementations of, or integrations with, Adaptive Computing software. Best practices, new innovative case studies, and white papers are encouraged. Topics of general interest to the attendee body will also be considered.
No. However, you will need to create and submit a presentation (.ppt format) by May 6, 2011 for approval.
Yes. All presentations for accepted sessions must be received by June 13, 2011. Presentations will be pre-loaded on presentation machines for the conference.
All changes to accepted presentations must be approved prior to the session. Presented material MUST match the submitted material.
All sessions are to be given in English.
There is no plan at this time to publish the written proceedings for this conference. Approved material will be posted to the conference website if allowed by the presenter.
Sessions will either be 20, 30 or 40 minutes in length. Presenters will be notified by May 9, 2011 with their session length. Presentations MUST fit into the allocated time slot.
Any presentation not done entirely from a presentation will require special permission. Adaptive Computing will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.
