Partner Relationship Manager

The Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) generates, maintains, and expands relationships with Adaptive Computing Partners including Cloud Providers, Hardware Vendors, Distributors/VARs, and Application Providers (ISVs). This is a full-time, salary-only position reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer in the Naples, Florida office. Relocation is not provided, so local candidates are preferred.

The PRM’s activities will include identifying opportunities and growth areas within the existing partner portfolio, ensuring partners have a thorough understanding of Adaptive Computing offerings, effectively communicating the product value propositions to end-user customers and maximizing the benefits of the Partner Relationship. The Partner Relationship Manager will also be responsible for building and growing new Partner opportunities at the strategic, corporate level.


  • Establish and renew relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations within the Adaptive Partner portfolio
  • Engage with partners on joint business planning to develop mutually beneficial objectives, marketing and sales exposure
  • Manage and track the status of all Partner deals
  • Work within the Adaptive Marketing and Sales Teams to align and communicate the objectives for each Partner
  • Ensure all Partner agreements are compliant with company policy and up to date
  • Provide content for the Partner page of the website to include all partners and relevant partner information and links
  • Successfully plan and execute GTM activities with partners to build demand and awareness through partner marketing opportunities
  • Develop sales enablement materials with the marketing staff to build the necessary competency to sell, service and support Adaptive Solutions to ou mutual customers


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience mandatory
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communications and highly developed social skills with strong ability to work in collaboration across the organization
  • Relationship building skills and a strong sense of business
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer and partner service and driving our partners’ and customers’ business success
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
  • Excellent understanding of Enterprise Software and High-Performance Computing experience a plus
