Position responsibilities. All Professional Services engineers perform the following functions to one degree or another. However, most have one or two areas where they focus their efforts.
Requires 3-5 years' customer-support experience and the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of customers and partners to resolve user issues related to our commercial Moab products.
Requires 3-5 years of experience and knowledge of high-performance computing (HPC) and data centers. Three-year engagement, which could be extended to a permanent status.
Requires 3+ years of data center experience. Three-year engagement, which could be extended to permanent status.
Requires 3+ years of experience as a quality assurance engineer managing regression testing and C programming ability. Three-year engagement, which could be extended to permanent status.
Requires 3+ years of experience. One-year engagement, which could be extended to permanent status.
Requires 5+ years of experience and strong Perl, virtualization, and hardware background. Three-year engagement, which could be extended to permanent status.
Requires ability to think quickly and precisely in a changing environment, ability to develop software on pre-arranged timeline, conforming to predefined specifications, and strong oral and written communication skills. Three-year engagement, which could be extended to permanent status.
